TrueFlo started at my own desk.
I was the one doing the manual work at a tax-recovery startup, pulling client information out of documents and retyping it between systems, so I built the system that did it for me. I have been building these ever since.
I don't start with the technology. I start with how your business actually runs: where orders come in, where the documents land, where things stall. Then I sit at the desk where the work happens, build against what I find, and explain exactly what I am doing and why, in plain English, the whole way through. You'll talk to me on the first call and every one after it.
This is genuinely what I love to do: finding the hours hiding inside how a business runs, and giving them back.

How I work.
Read-only until you turn writes on.
Nothing writes into your systems until you turn that on. If TrueFlo vanished tomorrow, your team works exactly as it does today. You can test the workflow with your existing process still in place.
Proof before trust.
It runs alongside your team on real orders first. We count catches, false alarms and misses together, and nothing gets trusted until the numbers say it should be.
Your data stays yours.
Before you share anything, you get it in writing: where documents are processed, where the record is stored, who can reach it, and how deletion works. The engagement is covered by an NDA.
Built to hand off.
A conventional, documented stack that any competent engineer could pick up. No lock-in by design.
In the room when it matters.
When something matters, I'm at your office, not on a call.
Small promises, kept.
I would rather tell you what the system can't do than be caught having oversold what it can.
Bring the last thing that went wrong.
Thirty minutes with me. I'll tell you plainly whether this fits and what I would prove first.
